Is your business active depending upon the calendar? Integrity has merchant services for seasonal businesses and businesses that expand their operations seasonally.
Your business might only operate for part of the year, so you only need active credit card processing for that time. Perhaps your business opens an additional location or kiosk during the summer months. Or perhaps you are clearing snow in the winter months. Controlling costs is especially important when managing a business that is only active part of the year.
Merchants should not have to commit to year-round billing if they only need services for part of the year. Integrity can help with our flexible pricing for seasonal businesses.
If your business is only active for part of the year, Integrity can set up your account as a seasonal business. This might apply to landscapers, swimming pool companies, construction and roofing companies, food trucks, Halloween stores, or pop-up retail locations – any business that is only open for part of the year.
Once you are designated as a seasonal business, you can let Integrity know which months your business will be operational. Our system will only bill your business for those months. For example, a snow removal service operating from October to March will only be billed from October to March. There will be no charges for the rest of the year with one exception – any annual fees will be charged in the month of November, whether you are operational in that month or not.
A Seasonal Business within a Business
For many businesses, part of the year is an opportunity to expand their year-round operations. This might be a country-club that has a snack bar open in the summer months or a restaurant’s food truck that only makes rounds in the summer. Integrity can help with a flexible program for these “business within a business” situations.
Merchants can add another merchant ID to cover just the seasonal part of their business. Just like a stand-alone seasonal business, the additional merchant ID will only be billed for the months of operation. This can save merchants money over the course of the year.
Furthermore, having a separate merchant ID keeps the records for the seasonal part of your business separate from your main accounts. This will help when managing a business with multiple locations.
Again, once you are designated as a seasonal business and tell us which months you will be in operation, you will not be billed for your “off-months”. No transaction fees, no monthly fees. No bills.
At Integrity, we understand that some businesses might only need credit card processing part of the year. Contact us today to learn more about our flexible billing and merchant services for seasonal businesses.
